At LuxStill, we understand that luxury is an investment. Our mission is to ensure your curated pieces arrive safely, securely, and as swiftly as possible.
 
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
 
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Domestic Shipping (Standard): 3–5 business days.
  • Domestic Express: 1–2 business days.
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination).
  • Complimentary Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $1,500.
 
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 
4. Signature Requirement & Insurance
To ensure the security of your high-value purchase:
  • Direct Signature Required: All LuxStill shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Fully Insured: Every package is fully insured by LuxStill during transit until it is delivered to your doorstep.
 
5. International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LuxStill ships worldwide. However:
  • Recipient’s Responsibility: LuxStill is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Customs Delays: Please be aware that international shipping times may be extended due to customs processing in your country.
 
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive your order damaged, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact our concierge team at support@luxstill.com within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
