At LuxStill, your satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal with unique, pre-owned luxury pieces, our return policy is designed to ensure the integrity of our collection while providing you with a secure shopping experience.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy for domestic orders. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, all sales are considered final.
- International Orders: All international sales are Final Sale and cannot be returned due to customs and logistics complexity.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Security Tag Intact: The LuxStill Security Tag must remain attached and untampered with. Removing or reattaching this tag voids the return.
- Original Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition as when it was received, including all original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessories provided.
- No Signs of Use: Items showing new signs of wear, perfume scents, or damage incurred after delivery will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
- High-value Hermès Birkin or Kelly bags (unless authenticity is disputed).
- Underwear, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons).
4. Return Process
- Request: Email us at returns@luxstill.com with your Order Number and the reason for return.
- Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
- Shipping: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. LuxStill is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Note: Return shipping costs and any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days):
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- A restocking fee of 5% may apply to cover credit card processing fees and handling.
6. Authenticity Guarantee
If an item is proven to be non-authentic by a verified third-party service, we will issue a full 100% refund, including all shipping costs, regardless of the 7-day window.
